External panels: The façade, the supporting structure and the external covering are entirely in stainless steel. The front door facilitates access for routine maintenance and is equipped with inspection glass. The legs are mounted on swivel wheels with brakes.
Thermal insulation: The insulation guarantees a high thermal power.
Conveyor belt: The stainless-steel conveyor belt is equipped with a device for continuous tensioning of the net, width 560mm.
Oven: In stainless steel with reinforced resistances.
